MRUDULA DHOTRE
Mrudula is the Founder and Head of Training at Zenith. She founded Zenith in 2020 and has been working in skills training for over a decade. She is an engineering graduate and holds three master's degrees in Business Administration, Psychology, and English.
She has also worked in the marketing sector for 5 years, gaining versatile industry experience, mastering a range of skills, and developing a keen eye for human behaviour, people engagement, and development. Alongside the work experience, her appreciation of the disciplines of psychology and arts enables her to present her scientific know-how in the most inventive way.
She is a certified skills trainer, behaviour coach and mental health counsellor. She has helped 500+ students and working professionals in their career journeys at different points- to begin, to thrive and to grow further and beyond by sowing the seeds of confidence, clarity, and interpersonal effectiveness in their personalities.
She is a practising mental health counsellor and helps individuals battling stress, anxiety, low self-esteem and mental health disorders. Her clientele describes her as compassionate, knowledge-driven, and result-oriented. She has authored a book on mind power named 'Mind Parlour and Gym' in Marathi that has a reader base across the state.
Beyond work, Mrudula invests her time and effort in educating herself in different domains of art and science, authoring books, developing transformative content, and educating underprivileged children.
