Art Journaling Therapy
Art Journaling is one of the most powerful and effective multimodal therapies combining visual arts with writing. Integrating fine arts such as painting, craft, collage, doodling, mandala art, stamping, stencilling, and calligraphy with story writing, poetry, gratitude writing, free-form brain dumping, and letter writing, we ensure that you share your deepest feelings and emotions in the rawest form. Art journaling is not about perfectionism but about reflection of the inside. Art journaling is a representation of what goes on, on the inside and how it is impacting you and also that there’s so much hope, beauty, and peace inside of you that remains unexplored. At Zenith, our art experts work in collaboration with psychologists and mental health professionals to design and deliver the best art journaling workshops for our counselling clients. We aim to help you attain a stress-free mind by teaching you a life-long skill of emotional regulation.
Painting Therapy
Painting Therapy is a powerful form of expressive therapy that uses colour, movement, and visual expression to explore emotions. It gives you a way to express what words often cannot. Through intuitive painting, abstract work, emotion-based colour play, mindful brush movements, symbolic imagery, and free-flow painting, emotions are allowed to surface naturally. We work with a range of media such as watercolours, acrylics, poster colours, gouache, finger painting, and mixed media to support different emotional needs and comfort levels.
Zenith’s Painting therapy invites you to slow down and listen to what your inner world is trying to express. There is no pressure to create something “beautiful.” We help you befriend the empty canvas. We ensure it becomes your safe space to explore emotions, release tension, and gain clarity. As you paint in our painting therapy workshops, the patterns shall emerge, and feelings will find form. What may have begun as uncertainty will transform into insight, calm, and connection with yourself.
Musicotherapy
Music Therapy is a sacred and deeply transformative expressive therapy that uses sound as a pathway to inner peace and emotional balance. Rooted in Hindustani Classical Music and Raag Sangeet, our approach honours the ancient understanding that sound carries energy. Each raag has the power to influence the mind, emotions, and consciousness. Through both vocal and instrumental forms, music becomes a meditative experience—one that calms the nervous system and reconnects you with your inner rhythm.
In our music therapy sessions, we invite you to surrender to sound, the musical melodies and an ocean of a profound ancient Indian art form. During these sessions, there is nothing to achieve and nothing to perform. You are simply guided to listen and feel. As the raag unfolds, the mind softens. Emotions find gentle release. Layers of restlessness begin to dissolve. What remains is a sense of grounding, clarity, and quiet connection with the self.
At Zenith, our music therapy sessions are thoughtfully designed in collaboration with psychologists, mental health professionals, and trained classical music practitioners. We use carefully curated raag-based vocal and instrumental compositions to support emotional release, stress regulation, and inner harmony.
